AB 762 – 1st DUI with aggravating factors –
6-month program
REQUIREMENTS:
To comply with program requirements, the participant MUST attend and complete the following activities:
An
alcohol and drug assessment made by one of the counselors at the
initial intake interview.
12
hours of education groups (6, 2-hour session)
44 hours
of group counseling (22, 2-hour sessions)
9 individual sessions (30 minutes
or longer)
In addition, verification of attendance of eighteen self-help meetings such as AA, NA or any other group whose objective is to help the person solve the problem of alcohol or any other drug.
